Chlorine is a raw material in our facility, and the control valves have a short service life; they are prone to leakage, mainly internal leakage. A lined PTFE ball valve is selected. Gentlemen, have you come across any good products or manufacturers? Thank you
Using a ball valve for regulation is an inappropriate choice in the first place; ball valves are suitable for full opening and closing, while there are specialized control valves for regulation.
This uses a bellows-sealed control valve. It’s best to use imported brands. Ball valves cannot regulate flow.

Control valves have a specialized structure; they use bellows for sealing. The valve body must be designed to ensure zero leakage, with the bellows preventing external leaks.
