The anti-static flooring in the DCS system cabinet rooms is usually supported by accompanying columns and square steel brackets, but it will loosen and wobble after a short time, posing a risk to personal safety. We changed our project to use I-beam grid frame support, which effectively resolved those concerns. As shown in the figure below:
Indeed, we encountered similar problems in our cabinet room as well; later on, we reinforced it by adding some angle steel.
I’m not quite sure; which ones are the brackets for placing your cabinets? Could you share a few more pictures?
Our units come with aluminum alloy frames that are integrated as a single unit; their stability is not as good as yours, and over time the floor will deform
The cabinet foundation is slightly higher than the floor foundation; its spacing is 800x800, while that of the floor foundation is 600. On top of the floor steel beams shown in the diagram, another layer of hollow square steel with dimensions 600x600 is placed before the floor is laid.
Are they not usually supported by separate mechanical brackets, with the floor itself providing the brackets in other cases? Normal support staff should have no major problems walking around.
Thank you for the reply. On top of the floor channel steel foundation, a layer of 600x600 hollow square steel should also be laid. Once the hollow square steel is in place, I hope to continue sharing pictures

This is indeed a rather troublesome issue; construction requires some effort, and few cables need to be installed after operation, which provides a safety guarantee for maintenance personnel.
Is it fully welded as one piece? What about making changes later? Do we still need to use welding?
It’s wrong to treat anti-static floors in this way; it fails to take advantage of the benefits of such floors, and actually ends up ruining them.
