Whose product is TSxPlus?

On this website, Otoman claims that TSxPlus is their product, with Beijing Consen listed as the holder in the certificates... Meanwhile, TSx is a product developed by Tri-Sen in 2008 based on the RTP hardware; Tri-Sen adds the TSx Programmable Controller to its product lineup, utilizing this fast and safety-certified RTP hardware platform for both critical and non-critical applications. Could any expert clarify the relationship between these companies?
TSxPlus SIS is a product developed by CONSEN. The TUV certificate lists Beijing CONSEN Technologies Co, Ltd as the manufacturer. Based on its ownership structure, it seems to me that Otoman is a subsidiary of CONSEN. CONSEN has been acting as an agent for TRICONEXT products for almost twenty years, and it enjoys an excellent reputation in the market. It seems a bit contradictory to act as an agent for TRICONEX while also selling one’s own TSxPlus. Or what are the provisions in the agency contract signed with Schneider?

TSX is essentially a low-cost version of SIS; it’s much cheaper than Tricon, and it’s used to win bids at low prices in order to capture the market We just won a bid for a set of TXS; we had never heard of it before! I’m not sure, but with 4 cards, one control cabinet and one auxiliary cabinet, the entire SIS system costs only 85 watts; whereas with Tricon, just 4 cards already cost 80 watts!

According to the information available, the company is located in the Xi’an High-Tech Industrial Development Zone. Relying on the technical expertise provided by universities such as Xi’an Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University, it specializes in the development, production, and sales of explosion-proof electrical equipment, distributed fiber optic temperature measurement systems DTS, and safety control systems TSxPlus.

You can see there are two TUV certificates, one belonging to Tri-Sen in the United States and the other to Conson Technology Company. Otoman is a system integration company that belongs to Conson.
