Flammable and toxic gas detectors should have an independent control system; how should it be configured?
This is FGS; what I see is that it goes directly into SIS, or it enters SIS in a separate cabinet. It seems that foreigners use a separate FGS; I’ve heard of that before.
There are those with standards, which require separate setup
Is it considered independent control if it goes into the SIS?
Was it a previous set of DCS or PLCs? How is monitoring done, for process control or scheduling?
There is a set of one’s own equipment, not DCS or PLC
The monitoring devices are installed in the control room, where the staff there are responsible for monitoring them; everything is set up so that an alarm is triggered once a detection occurs.
