The vortex flow meter exhibits large fluctuations, and there is no vibration in the pipeline on site. What could be the reasons? The pipeline diameter is DN25
Check if there is electromagnetic interference on the signal lines
An improper flange connection or gaskets protruding into the pipe can block the flow of fluid, causing abnormal fluctuations in the fluid flow.
Increasing the damping effect will help, reducing the fluctuations, but during the measurement process the values can suddenly increase or decrease
Have you taken it apart to take a look and tried cleaning it? Dirt on the vortex generator could also cause large fluctuations
