How to set time synchronization in the Deltav system? (NTP/SNTP server)

As the title suggests, there are two PP stations and over twenty OP stations in the Deltav system. Initially, an NTP/SNTP server was available in the network to handle time synchronization. After one of the PP stations had to be reinstalled due to a malfunction, it became impossible for this station to synchronize its time with the other nodes in the network (while the other nodes could still synchronize with each other). I would like to know what could be causing this issue? What settings are needed? Thank you~
