If production is important, spend the money needed. The key is to choose the right product
The zirconia from Lanlian Fuji is quite good; we use this brand! If something is broken, it needs to be repaired! Even the wires can be connected incorrectly; it’s unlikely that one can fix it by themselves! The money still has to be spent! Agree with what was said on floor 4! Analytical instruments need to be calibrated!
It’s hard to put into words… Our zirconia control cabinet was originally installed above the furnace, but the owner’s instrumentation team requested that it be moved to the ground level for easier maintenance. This means adding dozens of meters of cable; the specialized cables supplied by the manufacturer are too expensive, costing 9,000. So we obtained compensation wires from other projects, and the color of these wires differs from that of the manufacturer’s specialized cables. Later, when three burners were used to heat the furnace, the oxygen level was around 20%, and it was only when four burners were used that a significant change occurred. The workshop said there was a problem with the zirconia, so we asked the owner’s instrumentation analysis team to take a look. They thought the wires were connected incorrectly by the construction crew, so they adjusted them; in fact, they reversed the signal and power wires, which caused damage.
Was it changed later? The power supply should be powered on already; how do I adjust the wires? If there’s no one from your side, who will stop them from altering the routes? Will they expect you to pay if they cause damage on their own?
The key component made of zirconia is this zirconium battery. In a normal furnace, the oxygen content is around 3-5%; it is necessary to calibrate it using standard gases before use, with 1% and 10% oxygen content standard gases being commonly used for calibration. This kind of mistake is irreparable; there’s no point in trying to fix it – it’s better to replace it.
