Can cabinet rooms still be set up in workshops after the issuance of the 20 Safety Regulations? Would adding an explosion-proof wall work? It mainly involves analog devices such as frequency converters, thermal resistors, and pressure transmitters, as well as certain other equipment; placing them in the control room and the lower-level rooms would require a large number of cables. If it’s placed in the workshop, it will make maintenance as well as installation and testing much easier.
This is also a problem that troubles me. I’m not sure which expert came up with this idea – why can’t the cabinet room be located in the workshop? How should we understand the concept of allowing electrical design in areas 1 and 2 in environments prone to explosions and fires? And what does positive pressure ventilation mean? Out of all these accidents, which one was caused by the distribution room in the cabinet area? Worried that an explosion will damage the cabinet? The damage was so severe that it affected the cabinet rooms; the entire area was destroyed. What’s the problem with damaged cabinets? As long as the control is in a safe location, that’s sufficient. If experts say it can’t be done on-site, I strongly suspect it’s Mete’s fault – the distance is too great, resulting in high losses, increased costs, and serious waste of resources; it’s simply absurd. The devices have all caught fire. Everything sent to the control system cabinet is transmitted via cables; even if the control system is intact, the cables and optical fibers may be broken. It can’t guarantee safety even if it’s useful. I also seriously doubt that experts are all idiots
Don’t say that. Most of the time, the provisions are fine. The key is to ensure that those who conduct inspections and implement measures understand them correctly and can apply them flexibly.
