The spiral vortex gas flow meter is a new type of gas flow measuring instrument developed by Weinan Heshunda Flow Meter Manufacturer, representing an advanced level in China. This flow meter boasts advantages such as strong functionality, a wide range of flow rates, simple operation and maintenance, as well as ease of installation and use. It is currently the preferred choice for measurement and trading purposes in oil fields and urban natural gas distribution systems. The swirl vortex gas flow meter is an ideal instrument for gas measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, power generation, and metallurgy. The advantages of the swirl vortex gas flow meter are as follows: 1. It has no mechanical moving parts, is resistant to corrosion, reliable and stable, has a long service life, and requires no special maintenance during long-term operation. II. The overall power consumption is extremely low, allowing it to operate for extended periods on its internal battery; it is thus an ideal instrument for on-site display that does not require an external power source. III. Equipped with built-in pressure, temperature, and flow sensors, it offers high safety performance, a compact design, and an attractive appearance; it can directly measure fluid pressure, temperature, and flow, while also performing automatic real-time tracking, compensation, and compressibility factor adjustments. IV. It features advanced computer processing chips, offering high integration, small size, excellent performance, and strong overall functionality. Thanks to its low-power circuit design, the device has low power consumption; it can be powered by a built-in battery (3.6VDC) or by an external power supply (24VDC). V. By employing unique signal filtering techniques, dual detection methods, and circuit processing techniques, it is possible to effectively enhance the strength of the detection signals and suppress interference signals caused by pipeline vibrations and pressure fluctuations. VI. A multi-level password protection mechanism is employed to effectively prevent parameter modification. VII. It features a large LCD display that can directly show parameters such as the volumetric flow rate under operating conditions, the volumetric flow rate at standard conditions, the total volume, as well as fluid pressure and temperature. VIII. Advanced data storage technology is employed, enabling the storage of one year’s worth of historical data without any loss of data in the event of a power outage. Flow metering is one of the components of metrological science and technology, and it is closely related to the national economy, national defense construction, and scientific research. Doing this job well plays an important role in ensuring product quality, improving production efficiency, and promoting the development of science and technology. Especially in today’s era of energy crises and an increasing level of automation in industrial production, the significance and role of flow meters in the national economy have become even more evident.

In fact, aside from the first point of “no mechanical moving parts,” the other so-called “advantages” are almost all features that modern intelligent gas flowmeters already possess. Additionally, there are now more manufacturers of swirl vortex gas flow meters, but it is still best to choose those with dual-probe flow sensors, as they offer better interference resistance ; Do not use swirl vortex gas flowmeters with large diameters, as the error will be relatively high. Overall, the accuracy of swirl vortex gas flowmeters is not very high; it’s feasible to achieve an accuracy of 1.5 grade, but achieving 1.0 grade is quite difficult.
Don’t believe what he says; he’s actually in advertising too:P Everything mentioned above is true, but the last sentence about advertising is way too obvious

Additionally, I would like to tell you that for vortex flowmeters, larger diameters result in greater errors; we no longer choose them for diameters over DN100.
