There is no DCS; there is a 24V power supply, a signal generator, and a 475 handheld controller. How should the wires be connected to enable communication and calibration?
The signal generator provides an active 4–20 mA signal; by connecting a gas source, communication using 475 is possible
You can simply connect it directly to the power supply using a handheld controller; if a connection cannot be established, a 250-ohm resistor can be inserted in the circuit.
Don’t transmitters not require a 250-ohm resistor?
