When QuickBuilder of Honeywell PKS is opened, it shows nothing

The AB servers serve as a redundancy for each other. In the first image, server A attempts to use Quick Builder, but it shows that no database can be found; however, clicking buttons such as Open and Create in the menu bar yields no response； The second image shows the message that appears on server B when Quick Builder is opened. What could be the problem and how can it be resolved? Thank you very much
The first one is completely blank; it can’t connect to the database. Do you know why?
The first one is F Station; Quick Builder should be the fourth or third, and C Station
You mean by using the Control Strategy to open it, right? It’s the same; when opened, it still looks like this
