First, check the locator; if possible, re-tune it. Second, check for any leaks. Third, see if there are any differences in the fluid flow display compared to before
Hello. There are no leaks, and the locator has also been adjusted. Everything was normal during tuning. It started to wheeze once the device was turned on.
1. Throttle orifice blocked 2. Feedback rod loose 3. Large pressure difference between front and rear 4. Issues with PID parameters in the control circuit
Is it breathing at a single point or within a range? It still wheezes throughout the entire adjustment range
Pulsing back and forth between 0 and 10 degrees of opening

If the pressure difference isn’t significant, check whether the orifice is dirty; if nothing else works, it’s likely that the device has reached the end of its useful life. I’ve encountered a similar locator where all checks were done but it still didn’t work, and in the end it had to be replaced
This might be due to resonance between the flow rate, which ranges from 0 to 10, and the characteristics of the valve itself; it’s difficult to determine exactly what’s causing this. One solution is to reduce the sensitivity of regulation or increase the damping time, especially when high control precision isn’t required
Did you replace the entire set of valves? Or is it just a replacement of the locator? I have replaced the locator with a new one. It still doesn’t work.
