Precautions for installing ultrasonic open-channel flow meters: The VNCY type of ultrasonic open-channel flow meter, which uses a non-contact measurement method, is widely used in the field of water treatment for measuring sewage discharge. Although this type of flow meter is extensively applied in such applications, limitations inherent in current technology mean that certain weaknesses of ultrasonic and electronic measuring instruments cannot be completely overcome. These weaknesses include susceptibility to factors such as temperature, radiation, and corrosion; improper installation and use can significantly affect its measurement accuracy and service life. Therefore, the following points should be taken into consideration when installing and using ultrasonic open-channel flow meters: 1. Ensure that the flow channel is not blocked by foreign objects; a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the flow channel. 2. Ensure that the wastewater flowing through the flow channel does so smoothly, without generating large waves. A still water well connected to the flow channel can be installed alongside it; the inner diameter of this well should be 100 millimeters or more, and its bottom should be 150 millimeters below the lowest point of the flow channel. The width of the straight section of the flow channel should be 10 times greater than the width of the water surface above the weir. 3. The transmitting surface of the probe should be parallel to the liquid surface, and the distance between the lower end of the sensor and the highest level of the liquid should be at least 700 millimeters. 4. There should be no sources of strong light, electromagnetic fields, or other types of radiation around the sensor. 5. A cover to protect against rain and snow should be installed above the ultrasonic open-channel flow meter. Points to note when using the VNCY type ultrasonic open-channel flow meter: 1. The main unit of the ultrasonic open-channel flow meter should be installed indoors, and the wiring and sensors should be checked regularly; 2. Regularly check whether the filter screens and still water wells are blocked by foreign objects; 3. Periodically calibrate the instrument for accurate measurement; 4. Regularly inspect the probe for signs of corrosion and replace it as necessary.
Neurology instruments. No matter what is done, that ultrasonic nerve disorder can’t be cured. If it’s smashed, it counts as trash – smash it and sell it as scrap to get some alcohol for free.
