The sample codes for Rosemount transmitters are messy; the way foreigners think is a bit chaotic, and it seems that they aren’t as well-organized as the sample codes for Yokogawa EJA. I’m not sure whether the selection code for choosing a differential pressure transmitter specifies that it should come with a 305 integrated valve assembly or a regular valve assembly. Does it matter whether to include an integrated valve assembly, and what is the relationship with the selection samples? Whether to include a valve assembly should be determined on-site. Rosemount’s integrated valve assemblies refer to those in which the valve assembly is assembled during production, and a pressure test is conducted to ensure leak-free sealing. As long as it is integrated, it means that the factory conducts pressure testing to ensure there are no leaks. What do you mean by an ordinary valve assembly? Of course, the integrated version out of the factory is more expensive; you can also purchase a valve assembly separately
The choice between an integrated valve assembly and a regular valve assembly depends mainly on the connection method selected: 1. If pressure guiding tubes are used for connection, a regular valve assembly is sufficient, with the connections located on the side of the transmitter; 2. If short connections are used or integrated flow meters are employed, an integrated valve assembly should be selected, with the interface located below the transmitter ; Additionally, the integrated valve assembly undergoes a comprehensive leak test before leaving the factory. When selecting, both integrated and conventional valve assemblies come with separate selection tables and corresponding series codes, located after the transmitter selection table.
