For pressure swing adsorption programmable control valves, should it use single-valve detection or dual-valve detection, and should it check for the open position or the closed position? How should it handle the situation where the valve gets stuck in the middle position? Thank you!
Follow the sequential control procedure; perform checks on both valves. There are time requirements for valve operation, and if no signal is detected within the specified time frame, an alarm will be triggered as part of the sequential control process
Single-valve check: It checks the closed position; if it gets stuck, an alarm will be triggered if no response is received within a certain time period. For details, consult the DCS instrument or an engineer
For PSA, a single valve is used for testing to check the open position. If it gets stuck, the pressure in the adsorption tank will not meet the requirements, and this tank will be shut down as a result of the fault.
