Multivariable controller: a controller used in situations where process control is rather complex; some of them are standalone, while others are algorithms integrated into the control system.
Hello, it seems similar to PID – it uses the difference between PV and SP, and then calculates the result through proportional, integral, and derivative operations. What about a multivariable controller? It would be great if you could provide examples; I’d be extremely grateful
Your concept of multi-variable control is merely a general term; I believe that things like cascade control and three-shot control also fall under the category of multi-variable control
