Help! The Rosemount 2120 fork-type level switch is not functioning!

The Rosemount 2120 fork-type level switch is installed on the tank wall (flanged installation, with oil inside the tank). It is used for low-level interlock; when tested with a magnetic rod, it shows no response in either the normally open or normally closed mode, meaning the level switch does not function. A 24V power supply is available. Is there a fault with the relay output electronics box? Can it be replaced separately?
Looking at the condition inside your shell, it seems there’s condensation – isn’t the waterproofing adequate? This electronic component can be replaced separately, provided that emptying the contents is not allowed.
Has it been exposed to water? If it is confirmed that there is no response, check whether it is still within the warranty period and send it back to the factory for inspection and repair.
The sealing wasn’t done properly before, water got in, the warranty period has expired, and the components aren’t able to conduct electricity. Can the electronic parts be removed separately?

@ゞ① pointゞ Yes, here we mainly use Rosemount devices. I’ve adjusted the transmitters pretty well, but I’m worried that high pressures might cause larger deviations. Can the tuning fork switch have its electronic components removed separately when there are materials present?
For that pressure transformer, you can try resetting it to its factory settings first; if the problem is resolved, this issue will not occur again as pressure changes. The tuning fork module can be removed even when the power is turned off, but since it’s beyond the warranty period, there’s no advantage to replacing just that module; moreover, it comes without any warranty coverage. In such cases, it’s better to consider replacing the entire unit. You can go and ask for specific details.
To remove this electronic component, simply unscrew the two screws at the bottom of the casing, and then the component can be pulled out directly; it’s similar to a clip, with a connection mechanism at the bottom that resembles a socket/peg
I can only plug this in for repair or inspection when I need to empty the tank.
