Is the PLC damaged?

The PLC I’m working with has developed some faults due to some operational errors; I’m not sure if anyone in this community can help identify the problem The current situation is as follows: the PLC program is running properly, and the start and stop buttons are visible in both the PLC’s display and in Step7. However, the LEDs (220V) do not respond; the voltage at the output terminals is 220V. The PLC uses relays for output, and there is no voltage across the coils of the AC contactors. When the contactor is pressed, the LEDs do turn on. It’s not clear what the reason is at the moment, as everything seemed to work normally the past couple of days. The attachment contains the corresponding photos.
I’ve tried it, but it still doesn’t work. I used KingView to set up the display screen, and the screen shows properly; it operates in sync with PLC monitoring
