The B&D burner BGN will not ignite

It is controlled by a Siemens PLC; the previous programming worked properly. The furnace shuts down when the natural gas pressure reaches 16 KP, and it starts up again when the pressure drops to 8 KP. High-voltage discharge was also observed through the observation window at the back of the furnace. The stove just won’t ignite; the error code is LOC 2, and I’ve already cleaned the combustion plate.
