What do FL, RL, HSS mean?

1. In instrument pipeline control, what do FL/RL/HSS/HS mean? 2. What does the KV symbol on the valve in the picture mean? 3. What does that M stand for?
FL in fault condition, RL in operating condition, HSS interlock shuts down the pump, HS manual shutdown of the pump – that’s my estimate
