However, under the sensor calibration menu within the basic settings, there are these six calibration methods: ① MARK DRY COUPLING POINT (dry coupling), ② TWO POINT (2-point calibration), ③ WET/DRY CAL (wet/dry calibration), ④ SINGLE POINT (single-point calibration), ⑤ TRIM PV ZERO (adjusting the zero point at any desired point), ⑥ WEIGHT_BASED CAL (calibration based on weight). In what actual fault situations are these six calibration methods used? Or is it necessary to use them in combination? What are the differences in their calibration performance? Some information found: Is it possible to measure the liquid level or interface between two points externally (meaning, can the liquid level of the float be seen with the naked eye or measured manually using tools?) ), then proceed with the two-point level calibration procedure, which is the most accurate calibration method ; If it is not possible to measure the liquid level or interface from the outside, but it is possible to change the liquid level so that the float moves completely out of the liquid surface and completely under it (full tank or empty tank?) ), then perform zero/range calibration ; (Which one is for zero-scale calibration?) ) If it is not possible to lower the liquid level so that the float is completely above the surface, or to raise the level so that the float is completely submerged, then the single-point level calibration method is used. This method requires that it be possible to measure the level or the height of the interface from the outside at one point, namely when the float is partially submerged, and that a zero point be marked in advance.
