Request: Communication between batch controller and truck scale

Recently, there have been frequent problems with quantitative loading using truck scales for measurement and control. The batch controller used is of self-developed design, and we would like to replace it with a batch controller from a reputable manufacturer. However, upon contacting several such manufacturers, it was found that their controllers can only receive pulse signals and not the RS485 RTU protocol, which prevents us from carrying out the replacement. Does anyone familiar with this issue have any advice to offer?
