Why does the frequency curve of the feed pump appear in this way? Is this pump on and off constantly?
This could be due to an issue with your PID parameter settings; moreover, your operating frequency is relatively low and at a critical level. If the value you’re seeing isn’t false
Is it automatic start/stop or automatically adjusted? For automatic start-stop, it depends on the conditions for starting and stopping; maybe setting the frequency lower will allow continuous operation. If it’s automatically adjusting, it’s likely due to improper PID parameter settings, resulting in excessive vibration.
