The eccentric rotary valves produced by Shanghai Automation Instrument Factory No. 7 are of good quality; they can serve as alternatives to imported control valves, and they utilize American Masoneilan technology.
Wuxi Workwear, Wuzhong, Chuanyi, Anhui Tiankang – ranked from highest to lowest in terms of quality and price. These are the companies I’m familiar with; actually, some smaller factories also produce good products, it’s just that they aren’t as well-known. For applications where high standards aren’t required, their products are more than sufficient
Which small factories? As you mentioned above, the quotes from Wu Zhong and Chuan Yi are too high; they are at least 1/3 higher than those of other companies.
Wuzhong Chuanyi are all top-tier manufacturers of valves in China; their prices are certainly not low. They sell their products to state-owned enterprises and large joint ventures, so they surely won’t offer discounted prices to small companies like ours. There are many small valve manufacturers in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, but there are also many untrustworthy ones. It took us a month or two of visiting manufacturers there to find a few reliable ones. When it comes to valves, you must believe in the principle that you get what you pay for. Wuchang and CHUANYI are definitely very strong companies in the domestic market; it’s best to choose from these three companies, as at least their after-sales service and quality are guaranteed!
