The HART375 handheld communicator is suitable for communicating with HART protocol smart pressure transmitters. It is compatible with HART275 and HART375, offering excellent compatibility; it can communicate with 1151, 3051, EJA, ABB, and other imported instruments that use the HART protocol, as well as being fully compatible with various domestic smart pressure transmitters. It also features HART Modem functionality, which allows for more comprehensive adjustment and maintenance of the instrument when used in conjunction with the host computer software from various manufacturers. I. Installing the battery pack (please turn off the device before proceeding) 1. Place the field communicator with its front side facing down on a stable surface, being careful not to damage the LCD screen. 2. Unlock the battery cover, open the back cover to replace the battery. II. Precautions before powering on Please ensure the following before turning it on: · The field communicator is free from any physical or mechanical damage. · The battery pack is properly installed. · The field communicator is connected to the circuit. Power on the handheld controller. Hold down the “Switch” button until the LCD screen lights up, indicating that the device has been powered on successfully. Turn off the controller: Hold down the “Power” button until the LCD screen goes off, indicating that the shutdown has been completed. III. Use of the HART375 handheld device keyboard Power button This button is used to turn the field communicator on or off. Navigation arrow keys The four navigation arrow keys are used for menu selection. Press the → key to go to the next level of the menu, press the ← key to return to the previous level, and use the ↓↑ keys to navigate through the menu. In the alphanumeric input mode, the ← key can be used as the backspace key, while the → key serves as the confirm key. Modify key: For the content that can be modified, the word “Modify” will be displayed automatically on the bottom row of the LCD; pressing the modify key will take you to the modification page. Exit In character/number input mode, an “Exit” option appears on the bottom row of the LCD; pressing this key will exit the input interface. Alphanumeric keyboard The alphanumeric keyboard can be used to input characters, numbers, and other symbols, such as punctuation marks. It has two input modes: characters and numbers, and the field communicator can automatically select the appropriate input mode as needed. In character input mode, to enter a number, press the key corresponding to that number directly; to enter a character, depending on its position on the keyboard, first press one of the “Left”, “Middle”, or “Right” keys, and then press the key corresponding to that character. For example, to enter the character “T”, first press the “Zhong” key, then press the number 4 key on the keyboard. HOME key A shortcut to return directly to the main menu; this key is ineffective in character/number input mode. PV key: A shortcut key for monitoring real-time variables, used to view real-time pressure, current, percentage, and temperature; it is ineffective in the alphanumeric input mode.
