In the unit instruments, vibration, displacement, and key orientation can all be checked to determine whether the probe meets the technical standards we require, through either dynamic or static tests. But how is the rotational speed verified? Is it only the DC internal resistance that is measured? I’m invoking the great master; I hope all the teachers can tell me something.

The unit’s speed is generally within the rated range, so no calibration is usually required; it seems that such calibrations are done very rarely. When there is a significant deviation, simply replacing the instrument will suffice. The unit’s speed is not an important technical parameter, and we generally use Fluke tachometers for comparative measurements

Before turning it on, attach a reflective dot to the shaft (using aluminum foil or something similar). The speed measured by the infrared speed detector should be the same as the speed indicated by the speed probe. When comparing on TK3, it is necessary to set the parameters of the tachometer first; also attach a reflective dot in that case, and then compare the values displayed by the infrared speed detector with those shown by the tachometer.
