The system is now operating normally. Some interlock shutdown procedures for fan temperatures have been added to the configuration and programs; the parameter values of some electric valves have been modified, as well as some of the configuration ranges. New equipment has also been configured and for which screens have been created. The problem is that the fans cannot be shut down, which affects the environmental monitoring data. Is it possible for offline installation to cause the system to shut down automatically? The second question concerns the range configuration: for AIP points, is it not necessary to install any software, as they can be used right after being configured? It seems that this isn’t the case for PT100 signals, which require software installation. If there are anyone familiar with the JX300XP who can help, I would be extremely grateful!

Configuration is divided into control station configuration and operator station configuration; generally, the control station configuration needs to be downloaded and released. AI points, etc., are configured at the control station. Do you want to download them? Without downloading it, how can the control station run programs that haven’t been compiled to collect those AI points? Let the operation station collect those AI points? Operation station configuration, process screens, trends, etc. are related to the operation station; no installation is required, only distribution is needed. Regarding the interlock shutdown procedure, whether offline installation can cause the system to shut down due to interlocks depends on whether the interlock conditions are met. For safety, it can be done in 2 steps. 1. The interlock shutdown output is not wired; after the interlock shutdown program is completed, it is compiled, downloaded, and debugged (offline). 2. Once all debugging is complete and everything is working properly, disable the interlock (set the \"Interlock Disable Switch\" to the disabled position), connect the interlock shutdown output line, and then re-enable the interlock (set the \"Interlock Disable Switch\" to the normal position)
All of them require program downloading. The JX300XP supports such downloading, but there are risks involved; it is recommended to do it after shutting down the system, especially when it comes to interlocking mechanisms and critical parameters. To be honest. Even Zhejiang University’s Zhongkong team can’t quite figure out its system properly. Sometimes they say they won’t move, but they do just the same. It was said that the files wouldn’t be lost, but they were lost anyway. And they all operate it themselves. There was no operational error. So, no one can guarantee whether the interlock will activate when it is lowered. Changing the range can be done and the change can be put into use right away, but it’s better to install it first before deploying it. It’s easy to make mistakes with bottomwear. Thermistors actually do not have a range; rather, the temperature is determined by the resistance value, and the concept of a range does not apply. The so-called range in the system is merely the upper display limit. The corresponding components are all contained within the card, so they must be installed in order to be useful. Actually, it’s easy not to want the fan to stop – just find the electrical short-circuit interlock point to keep it running. Then the lower components; after installing them, confirm that the interlock works properly. Just have the electrician remove the short circuit wire and that’s it
This building is the right choice. The JX-300XP supports online downloading, but as a precaution, it is recommended to set the interlock switching settings first before downloading, and then configure an normally open contact to carry out the operation first; after that, modify the configuration and apply it. This is the safest approach. I downloaded the configuration at least 100 times, and not once did it shut down or experience any abnormalities, unless you made a mistake in the programming. Publishing is the safest option; there’s no need to worry……
First, install them one controller at a time, and then release them one device at a time. The JX300XP has been released offline many times, and I didn’t think it was a big deal. As long as you don’t publish it publicly, nothing serious will happen.
300XP – as long as your logic is correct, you can download the program anytime. You definitely need to download it to change the range and logic
