Is a 37% formaldehyde solution considered a hazardous chemical that requires strict regulation? ? ? Should a formaldehyde storage tank be equipped with an SIS system? ? ?

Thank you. Then, how can I determine which ones do not require SIS? Is it related to the amount of usage?
It depends on whether your products and raw materials involve two types of major risks; if so, a SIS system or other safety measures must be used to reduce the risks to safe levels. If it’s not two key points and one major issue, then it doesn’t matter; decide for yourself.
GB 18218-2018 Identification of Major Hazard Sources for Hazardous Chemicals (implemented on 3-1-2019). According to this standard, it is determined whether the source constitutes a major hazard source of level 1 or 2; if so, it is classified as such, otherwise consideration is given on a case-by-case basis
