How to back up the system trends of Zhejiang University Zhongkong?

In which folder are the trend data for Zhejiang University Zhongkong JX-300XP and Hilscher MACS6.5.2 stored? In which folder are the alarm messages stored, and in which folder are the reports stored? I want to copy the trend data, alarm messages, and reports for backup before deleting them, but I couldn’t find the detailed directory structure. Mainly, it’s about deleting the data from before April 2016; waiting online for experts to reply.
It should be possible to save when viewing trends. After saving, one can assign a name to it and then search for that named file in the main folder
