475 Startup exception

The Emerson 475 gives an abnormal startup message, with three options: retry, reflash, recover. Please help resolve this issue
Generally, remove the battery and check the cleanliness of the MMC card contacts (if everything is normal, simply reinstall it and turn it on again; if there is dirt, clean it first before reinstalling and turning it on). If the above steps do not resolve the issue, follow the instructions given (such as Retry Reflash Recover...)
Remove the battery and reinsert the memory card
Plug in the power and select the three options you mentioned. Remember to click on each one one by one; after clicking on one, wait to see if there is any change. If there is a change, keep waiting; if not, move on to the next one. Be sure to plug it in, as the time will be very long
