Which level measurement method to choose in this situation. Seeking guidance from those with more experience

100t stainless steel tank with stirring; the material inside is viscous and contains impurities, and a large number of bubbles are generated during stirring. I’m not sure which type of level gauge to choose
Material tends to accumulate on the surface, and it is quite sticky
If the stirring is at the bottom, use an ultra-high-frequency radar level gauge

It’s a differential pressure type; the diaphragm for pressure measurement is installed on the tank.
It’s just an ordinary jar with a stirrer on top
