I would like to ask: for fine chemical industries, we are required to follow the petrochemical standards of 40m. I want to know whether it’s possible to have a security guard in the control room now, and what are the requirements?/

The control room can have the function of a guard (reception) room.
The room design of the control room is primarily intended to ensure the proper operation of the control system, while the presence of a guard or reception desk should be planned in advance according to the owner’s requirements. I have designed many control rooms, and I’ve never seen a client request the inclusion of a guard room. Or it can be said that a spare room has been designed, but the owner decides what purpose it will serve.
