Due to heavy rainfall in recent times, the drainage of water from the surrounding area was inadequate, causing large amounts of water to flow into the pit where the weighing scale is situated. The pit is equipped with drainage pipes with a diameter of φ110; however, the poor drainage at these outlets led to water accumulation around the weighing scale, which in turn caused it to shift due to buoyancy. After checking, all 8 sensors were found to be intact. We then used a crane to lift the two steel plates at each end of the scale and raise them off the ground, adjusted the middle steel plate, and then repositioned the two end plates. Afterwards, holes with a diameter of φ130 were drilled in the retaining structure surrounding the pit, and additional drainage pipes were added to the sides of this structure to eliminate the risk of further problems. In the diagram, the steel wire in the braided strap serves as a ground wire; it was struck by induced lightning twice, which caused one sensor to be damaged and the display to be damaged as well.
