Problem of devices and systems failing to communicate

On Metso’s valves, the VG9237 is used in conjunction with Emerson’s systems; the device can be located, but communication is not possible. Has anyone experienced this issue? Thank you for the guidance
Are you asking whether DCS or AMS can find it?
? AMS can be found; double-clicking it results in an error message – is it unable to communicate with the field devices or what? Are there any photos? This situation must have arisen after the on-site equipment was replaced
