Vehicles at the chemical plant pass through the explosion-proof area

I’m facing a problem and would like to ask for advice from fellow sailors: The explosion-proof Zone 2 covers some of the roads within the factory area. What measures should be taken if motor vehicles, such as tank trucks, need to pass along those roads? Is it sufficient to install only a flame arrester? From the perspective of explosion prevention principles, it is far from sufficient to simply install a flame arrester. The surface temperature of certain parts of a vehicle will definitely exceed T6. But in reality, we often see tank trucks passing by on site. I would like to ask fellow sailors: how do you understand and deal with this issue?
Proceed with hot work, conduct combustible gas concentration testing, and obtain a permit to drive the vehicle into the facility.
There’s no need to make a big deal out of it; generally, installing a flame arrester is sufficient. Theoretically and in terms of procedures, there are no issues, unless there are high concentrations of flammable gases at the site
Isn’t there a combustible gas detector in your area? Do not treat explosion-proof areas as confined spaces or areas with high concentrations; they are merely highly dangerous under conditions of leakage. The concentration at the loading port is even more dangerous than in other areas, yet work continues as usual
