How do the motor’s feedback signals get into the instrument cabinet?
Check whether there is any unwanted voltage on the feedback signal line; if so, a relay can be used for isolation
Select the contacts from the electrical secondary circuit diagram. Connect the contact to the instrument system and add a relay.
AC contactors, or electrical drawer cabinets – in any case, isolation is required.
Relay, or safety barrier isolation, IO card in the cabinet
Digital signals (dry contact, level signal), isolated input to relay； Analog signal (4~20mA) with isolation barrier.
The motor’s status signals or fault signals are DI signals from the electrical system, which are connected to the relay (it’s a two-core wire connected to the relay; the electrical side operates at 220 volts, so isolation is necessary. Remember that it should be dry contacts – meaning there is no voltage on the wire coming from the electrical side, only connections and disconnections). As for the signal indicating the current level of the motor, it is a 4-20mA current signal transmitted from the electrical system, which is then sent to the corresponding safety gate.
