What are the most common instrument testing methods for instrument interlocks in chemical processing plants, and how should test reports be prepared?
It generally includes the object, content, steps, relevant materials, involved professionals/personnel, whether the test conditions are met, the action process, action values, etc.; it can also be further detailed. I’m sorry I can’t give you a template; the company has strict rules. But it should be available online.
I’m also looking for information on refrigerators; I’m working on it myself as well. Once it’s done, we can refer to each other’s work to learn from it
Our department prepares a list of interlock actions and conducts tests on each item. If a report is required, I think it’s sufficient to clearly state the testing methods, whether the expected requirements were met, as well as the departments and personnel involved.
