How to use SunyOPCS from Zhejiang University’s Center for Intelligent Automation?

Has any expert used the OPC Server from Zhejiang University’s Automation Institute? Can I run it on my own computer? There’s a crypto dongle, so why can’t it be started?
OPC is generally used in conjunction with computers; it cannot read data if it isn’t connected to a DCS. I’m not sure whether you mean starting the software on your own computer or reading data If I remember correctly, it seems that a point table needs to be created first.
