E+H 80F mass flow meter

I want to use an E+H 80F mass flow meter to measure the volumetric flow rate of nitrogen gas, with the output in standard cubic units. What parameters need to be set? I attached a picture showing the parameters I set on the 475 device

A mass flow meter is used to measure the volumetric flow rate of nitrogen gas – an overkill.
It turned out that the vortex flow meter that was originally installed was broken; luckily, there was an idle mass flow meter available, so it was more economical to use that one instead of purchasing a new vortex flow meter
No need to add extra wiring? For the mass flow meter, you can simply complete the setup using the quick setup option
