1. When selecting a remote transmission type metal rotor flowmeter, it is necessary to choose one that meets the explosion-proof requirements of the application site; During installation, attention should also be paid to securing the enclosure once the instrument is powered on, as well as sealing the wiring connections, in order to meet the requirements for explosion protection, protection against damage, and resistance to corrosion. 2. In environments where the temperature of the medium being measured is too high (>220°C) or too low, insulation measures must typically be taken for the sensor part of the flow meter. To ensure that the signal converter and indicator can operate properly within an appropriate temperature range, a high-temperature indicator should be used. 3. For some measured media that require insulation or cooling, a jacketed flow meter should be selected. 4. For situations where the pressure of the medium at the inlet of the flow meter is unstable, especially in gas measurement, a damping mechanism should be used to ensure accuracy and prolong the service life. 5. When the required pressure level for the medium is high, exceeding the standard pressure level, a high-pressure design should be selected during the product selection process; for high-pressure applications, HG20595-97RF welded steel pipe flanges with necks are used. 6. The measurement accuracy of metal rotor flowmeters is generally at the 2.5 class; when a higher level of measurement accuracy is required, metal rotor flowmeters are not a suitable choice.
