I would like to ask everyone: when I go to the site to install a HART handheld communicator, why does the displayed value decrease? Thank you!
Which display values will decrease, and by how much?
The pressure dropped from 4.6 to 4.3; 4.5 is the alarm threshold, and an alarm is triggered at that level. Otherwise, something I couldn’t have imagined would happen – such a situation has never occurred before.
It returned to normal after removing the handle controller.
I’ve never encountered that, and I never go to the site to use a handheld controller; everything is adjusted in the cabinet room.
Try using a 250-ohm resistor
I encountered a similar situation a few days ago; the issue wasn’t a decrease in value, but rather instability in the readings, with large fluctuations. For the instruments used to measure liquid levels, these fluctuations could reach up to 10 centimeters. I haven’t encountered it before either. It is initially suspected that it is related to the entire power supply circuit, and this needs to be verified
