We check the air conditioner, doors and windows, as well as the status indicator lights on the controller every day, and we also ask the operators in the control room.
The control room focuses on labor discipline, process operation status, and operation records.

The main process parameters definitely need to be checked
The main checks include the system’s operational status, cards, network, grounding, as well as the temperature and humidity in the control room, along with the presence of rodents.
Air conditioner UPS package status
Cabinet room: Check the operation status of the air conditioning system; verify whether there are any fault indicators on the status lights of the components inside the DCS and SIS cabinets; ensure that the voltage of the dual-power supply is normal; check if the UPS is in a faulty state; inspect whether there are any issues with the mouse traps and the amount of rodenticide available; make sure the floor is clean and that there is no dust on the cabinet fans. Control room: Review the process alarms related to the DCS equipment as well as the status of the SIS interlocks; check whether any USB ports are being used; ensure that the cabinet doors are closed; inspect the dust accumulation on the main computer units; check for any fault alarms on the interface; ask the operators if they have encountered any abnormalities
