No signal when pulse signal is sent to the deltav multi-functional card

It’s a field-mounted dual-rotor flow meter, three-wire type; pulses are sent to a multi-functional card, but the card fails to detect signals. How should this be configured?
In the channel properties, enable the channel, and then select pulse input channel as the channel type. Sometimes it is also necessary to adjust the filter; it’s best to use a signal generator to generate pulse signals, fine-tune the DCS side first, and then connect it to the field
Should it be frequency or pulses? The frequency is displayed in the studio, but the signal from the field cannot be read
There is a control there for setting the cycle period; the default value seems to be 1.3s
Then adjust the flow meter on-site to check whether a pulse signal is being output.
