Operating conditions: silicon powder + nitrogen; the flow of nitrogen drives the silicon powder； Silicon powder particles are small and hard, resulting in a high wear rate on pipes, hand valves, automatic control valves, and elbows; it is difficult for automatic cut-off valves to resist wear and provide effective sealing. In daily operations, it is necessary to replace the valves throughout the entire conveyor line every one or two months, which is both costly and labor-intensive. I hope the experts here can give me some advice! We have also used tungsten carbide disc valves, tungsten carbide ball valves, and Stellite surfaced ball/disc valves, but the results were not satisfactory in any case.
