As the title suggests, the intermediate level gauge in the hydrogenation refining unit keeps failing – what do you think are the causes of this?
A level gauge based on this principle? What brand is the level gauge?
Whether it’s a float or a flange, the failures keep occurring frequently; this indicates that it can still function properly at times. Does it work well after being repaired, or does it recover on its own?
Regarding the floats, we refer to it as the float issue here; especially when it rains, they get filled up right away. It has electric heating, so it’s very useful in winter!
It keeps failing and they still don’t replace it? ! Change it first! Otherwise, wait for the fault to occur again? !
If the level rises to full when it is raining, it is usually due to a poor seal at the junction box. When such a problem occurs, it is advisable to check the digital display value of the float; if the value is normal, then it can be preliminarily concluded that the issue lies in the wiring or the junction box. This is just my personal opinion for reference only
