Is there any feed? If not, try injecting some water to see if the level will start counting from zero once it increases. I’m not sure if E+H will work in the same way as its radar – it’s possible to set the alarm level to its maximum when there’s no content in the tank. You can also check the parameter settings to see whether the alarm display shows the maximum value
22Ma: This is the magnitude of the output current that remains after the instrument itself has detected a fault code. Check whether there is an interlock HART handheld device to see if any error messages are available
Check if an alarm has been triggered; if not, examine the current output settings
If it’s an empty can, then an overload alarm is completely normal.
What is the actual liquid level? Many customers report problems in this way: they only state the result, but do not provide details about the actual operating conditions, making it impossible to determine the issue.
