Dear experts, our company’s mass flow meters need to be calibrated after regular cleaning, but we cannot find a suitable calibration device. Where can I purchase a mass flow meter calibration device?
Even if it’s sent for calibration and brought back, it might still not be accurate when reinstalled. As long as it’s not for trade measurement, and if it’s a liquid that doesn’t evaporate and is easy to handle, it’s sufficient to create an opening after the flow meter and weigh it regularly
If you really want to calibrate the equipment, buy a tonneau by yourself and create a simple process
If no certification is required, you can simply replace the gauge and compare it with one on the same pipeline; if certification is needed, take it to a professional institution
