Question: During the calibration of magnetic flap level gauges equipped with remote-transmission reed switches, some transmitters are located above the magnetic flaps. For the sake of easier calibration, can the reed switch be installed in reverse? I hope the experts will kindly share their insights; thank you all!

If the end of the reed switch rod is designed to be adjustable in position, it is sufficient to use a soldering iron to change the location of the leads; Or, as mentioned on the second floor, during actual installation it should be placed directly in the desired position, with the signal being inverted in the software part.
Some magnetic flip plates are easy to modify, while others are not. For example, in some cases it can be simply installed in reverse; just adjust the wires, and almost no tuning is required.
If the reed switch is turned upside down, will the remote terminal box cause any problems? If the remote transmission rod is too far away from the main tube of the level gauge, the magnetic force exerted by the level gauge’s float will not reach the remote end.
