Electric actuator for the secondary air damper door: in remote control mode, the set opening degree is 80%, and the actuator fluctuates between 78% and 82%. The power board and control board of the actuator have been replaced, but the problem persists; the opening degree reaches 100% without any changes. However, there are no changes either when in local control mode. Could someone please give some advice? Thank you!
The problem of repeated switching in electric actuators can be caused by multiple factors. After ruling out faults in the power supply board and control board, the following aspects can be considered: 1. **Abnormal feedback signal**: Check the actuator’s feedback device; it is possible that unstable signals from the position sensor cause the actuator to frequently adjust its position around the set value. 2. **Set parameters**: Check whether the deadband or gain settings of the actuator are too sensitive.
