Do the 220V instruments at the chemical plant site need to be protected by grounding on their enclosures? Which specification is used for execution?
SHT 3081-2003 Code for Design of Grounding of Instrumentation in Petrochemical Industries 2.1.2 Field instrument enclosures powered at voltages higher than 36V require protective grounding.
The SHT 3081-2019 standard is now in effect! It needs to be done.
